Omaha Paper Stock Co. signed a two-year lease on 14,068 sf of office and warehouse space at 34 N. 45th Ave. in a deal worth $120,000, broker Skip Corley Jr. of Daum Commercial Real Estate tells GlobeSt.com.

The 174,000-sf, single-story office and industrial building, located at 45th Avenue and Van Buren Street, is home to seven other tenants, Corley said. "They needed the rail service and in that size of a suite, rail service is difficult to find," he said, noting that the firm moved into the facility earlier this month.

Building owner SBMC Van Buren was represented in the transaction by Isy Sonabend of NAI Horizon. Corley was the tenant's representative for the site selection and lease talks.
