Credit Union Adds Third Austin Branch

AUSTIN-The 4,200-sf branch will rise on about 1.8 acres at 205 W. Ben White Blvd. in the south submarket. When the work's done, the Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union will have an 18-branch network.

AUSTIN-A San Antonio-based credit union is building a third branch for its Austin customers. The new Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union location is at 205 W. Ben White Blvd. in Austin’s south submarket.

The 4,200-sf branch is to open in 2003. The credit union bought the 1.75-acre site from Robert Benson of Benson Investments. The sales price was not disclosed, but the property has an assessed market value of $390,000. The credit union’s also has Austin locations at 9800 N. Lamar Blvd. and 1005 W. 41st St.
