"We have a few deals pending for at least half of Building 2," or 49,875 sf, Robert Smith, vice president with the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., tells GlobeSt.com. Smith, who leases Premier Gateway Center, has not released any of the tenant names yet.
In addition, he recently signed two leases for more than half, or 57,796 sf, of Building 3, which should be completed in July. The asking rental range in the new buildings will be approximately $6.50 to $7 per sf, he says.
