Two Palm Beach Industrial Buildings Break Ground

BOYNTON BEACH, FL-Construction has started on the 99,750-sf Building 2 and the 94,098-sf Building 3 at Premier Gateway Center at Quantum in Boynton Beach, FL. More than half of each building is leased out.

BOYNTON BEACH, FL-Two industrial/warehouse buildings have broken ground at the Premier Gateway Center at Quantum here. Building 2, which will total 99,750 sf, and Building 3, comprising 94,098 sf, are both under construction, helping to fill a demand for industrial space in the area.

“We have a few deals pending for at least half of Building 2,” or 49,875 sf, Robert Smith, vice president with the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., tells GlobeSt.com. Smith, who leases Premier Gateway Center, has not released any of the tenant names yet.
