The 1.47-acre parcel, which was on the market for approximately six months, is located on Trade Street near Camino Santa Fe. It is a "flat, vacant pad" that is ready to be built on, according to CB Richard Ellis broker Dean Asaro who worked on the transaction. He tells GlobeSt.com that Boot World plans to build its corporate offices on the site.
Asaro, who is based in CB Richard Ellis' San Diego-Central office, acted on behalf of the seller, Westcore SDIPG LLC. Boot World was represented by Bill Strocco, who is also based in CB Richard Ellis' San Diego-Central office.
Aside from its San Diego headquarters, Boot World has six retail stores in the county. They are located in Kearny Mesa, El Cajon, Chula Vista, Carlsbad, Escondido and San Deigo.
