The price is undisclosed. However, the 15-year-old property was approximately 65% leased at the time of the purchase, Randy Briskin, Feil's director of leasing tells GlobeSt.com. Among the tenants are Shop Rite, Party City, Burger King, Fashion Bug, Modells, and a US Postal Service office.

Two inline spaces of 2,500 sf and 19,000 sf, respectively, are available along with another 104,000 sf, which Briskin says can be subdivided or leased as a single anchor store.

Feil owns, develops and manages more than 16 million sf of retail, commercial and industrial properties in addition to net leased properties and acres of undeveloped land nationwide.
