The company was formed into by a conglomeration of CKGP and PW Associates, PGK Engineering and former segments of Rapid Design Service into one supply company.
Other companies have also decided to make Troy home. TMD Friction has negotiated the lease of the 23,000-sf building at 1035 Crooks. The building will be the European-based firm's automotive technical center.
Also, INA has announced plans to build a new headquarters building in the new Big Beaver Technology Park.
These new projects follow news of UNISOURCE building a 50,000-sf building at Crooks and Industrial Drive, and Saleen's plans to build the new GT Racer and other performance vehicles at the former Stanley Door site.
