Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce has signed for 428,000 feet in the 3.4-million-sf BCE Place. The lease will run through 2020. Unisen Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of AGF Management Ltd., also added its name to the Brookfield tenant roster, inking an agreement for 232,000 sf at 2920 Matheson Blvd. Unisen provides administrative services to Canada's investment fund industry.
