LONDON-Miller Developments has been granted detailed planning consent for 100,000 sf of industrial and distribution space in the Black Country at Javelin Park, Wednesbury, West Midlands. Consent has been granted for two separate properties of 60,000 and 40,000 sf each with a flexible level of office content.
The development has a new access road directly onto the A41, the Black Country New Road. Construction of the properties is expected to start in early 2003 with completion six months later.
Miller Developments’ director Nick Harris said: “The completion of the new road directly onto the A41 makes Javelin Park one of the most accessible industrial and distribution locations in the West Midlands. This location combined with the high quality of the two properties has already generated high levels of interest from local occupiers.”
