Three More Office Leases Signed

SAN DIEGO, CA-Three tenants take office space at San Diego's Champions of the West Tower in separate transactions that carry a combined value of more than $2.6 million. The tenants are Leavitt Management Group Inc., Edward D. Kosakoski DMD and ULR Insurance Services.

SAN DIEGO, CA-Three tenants have inked leases for office space at San Diego’s Champions of the West Tower in separate transactions valued at a total of more than $2.6 million combined.

In the largest of the three deals, Leavitt Management Group Inc. has signed a $1.2-million agreement for office space here. According to the terms of the 10-year lease, the physician management firm will take 3,075 sf in the complex. Paul Braun of Colliers International acted on behalf of Leavitt. The lessor, Champions of the West Tower LLC, was represented by Michael Dyer of Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International.
