Two Restaurants Under Way at Annapolis Tech Park

ANNAPOLIS-The $25-million Annapolis Technology Park takes two big leaps forward with the recent groundbreaking on two 8,125-sf restaurant/service structures. Construction on these buildings marks the beginning of the end of Phase I at MIE Properties’ new mixed-use park. Already, a $1.5 million, 10,125-sf CVS Pharmacy drug store is up and running. The restaurant structures are scheduled to debut next spring. NAI KLNB Inc. is handling leasing efforts for the two dining spaces.

“In the planning stages of Annapolis Technology Park, we solicited community feedback, and what we heard was that people wanted sit-down dining opportunities,” MIE president and CEO Edward A. St. John says. “We are pleased to meet those requests while also mitigating traffic by giving people the opportunity to eat within their business community, rather than having to travel.” Situated at Riva Rd. and Harry S. Truman Pkwy. on a 29-acre plot of land–one of Anne Arundel County’s largest undeveloped parcels–Annapolis Technology Park is number nine is MIE’s portfolio of parks in the county.
