Bernard Hodes Group Inc., which has offices in more than 70 countries, signed the short-term lease in a deal worth $310,000. "Everything came together to make it a great opportunity for them," Insignia/ESG associate James Wharton tells GlobeSt.com. The company relocated to its new offices at 2231 E. Camelback Rd. after its lease expired on a building at 24th Street and Highland, he said.
"They wanted to stay in that core Camelback Corridor close to their client base and within walking distance of the amenities in the area," Wharton said, explaining the reasons behind the firm's move. The new location, known as the home of Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, is within walking distance of the Biltmore Fashion Square, the Ritz Carlton and several restaurants and retail outlets. Wharton represented the tenant in the transaction with building owner, Anchor Centre Properties Inc.
