Construction work is currently in the early stages, and is expected to wrap up in August 2003. Upon completion, the structure will feature approximately 4,000 sf of office build-out space and 50,000 sf of package distribution space. "On Monday, Dec. 9, they anticipate having rough grading permits, and they'll then start all the earth work for the project," Tucon spokesman Scott Longendyke tells GlobeSt.com. "Two or three weeks later, they anticipate getting the building permit, and then as soon as all the grading work is done, they can start construction on the building."
