The building is owned by a joint venture between Bethlehem, PA-based Arcadia Properties LLC and Newark, NJ-based Prudential Insurance Co. of America, which was coordinated through Parsippany, NJ-based Prudential Real Estate Investors, a division of Prudential Financial, Inc.

This property is one of five buildings totaling 1-million sf in the 250-acre industrial park in Weisenberg Township off Exit 45 of I 78 East. Described as state-of-the-art, it has a 30-foot ceiling, 50 large drive-up doors, which can be expanded, and parking for more than 100 trailers, which can be tripled if necessary.

The park has build-out potential for another 1.5-million sf and is zonedhighway commercial and business commercial, specifically allowing for office and warehouse use. Current tenants in the Arcadia West complex include Batesville Casket, Kenco Logistics, Suntuf 2000 and MetLife.
