A 98,100-sf former Montgomery Ward represents the overwhelming majority of the vacant space, Knopping says. Current tenants include Blockbuster Video, AMC Theatres, Giant Foods, Marshall's, Office Max and T.J. Maxx.

Knopping and John Fasciano of Fameco brokered the sale. Fameco specializes in shopping center leasing, retailer representation andproperty management in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. It is the ChainLinks member shareholder for the Delaware Valley.

Vienna, VA-based ChainLinks is a network of 60 regional brokerage firms that, together, reportedly represent the largest retail-only real estate provider in the US and Canada.
