The Albuquerque resident previously served as senior broker for Stebbins Commercial Properties in New Hampshire, where he also founded Broderick Ilfeld Real Estate. He has sold more than $100 million in commercial property during his career.
Greg Janian, regional director for Sperry Van Ness, who is responsible for the company's growth in the New Mexico area, said the Irvine, CA-based real estate firm was proud to add Ilfeld to the Sperry Van Ness team.
