Sperry Van Ness Expands Into New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE-Larry Ilfeld will head up the new office at 3615 Highway 528 NW in Albuquerque. The opening is part of a major expansion that's been going on for about two months by the Irvine, CA-based Sperry Van Ness.

ALBUQUERQUE-In a push to expand nationally, Sperry Van Ness has opened its first New Mexico Office with the naming of Larry Ilfeld as senior adviser.

As one of the foremost commercial real estate experts in New Mexico with more than 21 years of commercial real estate experience, Ilfeld will head up the company’s new location at 3615 Highway 528 NW, Suite 100 A. The Albuquerque resident previously served as senior broker for Stebbins Commercial Properties in New Hampshire, where he also founded Broderick Ilfeld Real Estate. He has sold more than $100 million in commercial property during his career.
