Korpecz, head of PWC's strategic real estate group, is making Portland one of his first stops to discuss the report. The $90 document that will be handed out free-of-charge after his presentation Thursday morning, Dec. 12, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Multnomah Athletic Club. Sponsored by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, admission to the event ranges from $35 for members to $45 for non-members.
