AUSTIN-Aspyr Media Inc. has a new home with more room. The gaming company has moved into 7,500 sf in the Kreisle Building at 412 Congress Ave. in Austin’s CBD.

The company, which reconfigures personal computer games for Apple Computer Corp.’s Macintosh platform, moves from 2404 Rio Grande St. in the central submarket near the University of Texas campus. The company more than doubles its space with the three-year direct lease in the building that’s more than 120 years old.

Russell Young and Kathy Carr, both of Commercial Texas in Austin, arranged the deal for Aspyr and the building owner, Olson LP. The 14,720-sf building also contains the Speakeasy bar.
