Caldwell Environmental Associates, a government subcontractor that deals in environmental issues, will pay about $119,232 for the industrial space over the contract's term to owner Arizona Industrial Properties.

Gary Anderson with Grubb & Ellis Co.'s industrial division, tells GlobeSt.com that the single-story building, located in the Air Haven Industrial Park near 35th and Grand avenues, is an ideal site for the company. "It had yard space and a good central location, which is what they were looking for," he said of the 14,000-sf, fully-occupied building.Anderson and Marc Tuite, also with Grubb & Ellis' industrial division, represented the tenant in the transaction. The building owner was self-represented.
