Impressive Architecture Grabs Engineering Firm's Interest

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Gilbertson Associates is so taken by the building's appeal that it signs a seven-year lease at nearly $24 per sf for 11,000 sf at the Princess II. The irm will relocate from Scottsdale Airpark.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-The architectural design of a North Scottsdale building was a key factor in a civil engineering and land surveying firm’s decision to relocate its corporate headquarters into 11,000 sf of office space at the Princess II.

“They liked the look of the building and the way it was designed. It has architectural appeal,” Jeff Hartland with Grubb & Ellis Co.’s office division tells GlobeSt.com, referring to the 8502 E. Princess Dr. building chosen by Gilbertson Associates Inc.
