The appointment comes two years after Smith joined Smith Mack. The appointment "enhances Smith Mack's ability to deliver commercial real estate services for our Philadelphia-based clients in metropolitan areas throughout North American and around the world," he says in a statement.

"I look forward to adding my personal Oncor experience to the international network of commercial real estate firms," Smith adds. He ranks among the top 10 brokers in the Oncor network.

That network encompasses 200 affiliate offices worldwide. Smith Mack has offices in Philadelphia, Mount Laurel, NJ and Wilmington, DE in addition to its headquarters in Wayne, PA.
