Iron Mountain Information Management Systems leased a 53,232-sf building at 3900 Distribution Blvd. in northwest Houston. According to Harris County Appraisal District records, the 23-year-old building is situated on about three acres and is one of at least six owned in the Houston area by the Dallas investment group, Houston Pine Forest Ltd.

James E. Foreman, Sandra F. Harris and Beau Kaleel of the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. David Hudson of Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co.'s Houston office bargained the terms for the building owner.

In an unrelated lease, Dixie Box & Crating of Texas took 24,000 sf at 630 McFarland in East Houston. John Nicholson of the Houston office for the Grubb & Ellis Co. negotiated the transaction. Marshall Hatch is the building owner.
