TORONTO-Brookfield Properties Corp. is on a roll in Toronto. The firm has signed two new leases that total 660,000 sf and bring its 2002 leasing record in that Canadian city to more than one million sf.

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce has signed for 428,000 feet in the 3.4-million-sf BCE Place. The lease will run through 2020. Unisen Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of AGF Management Ltd., also added its name to the Brookfield tenant roster, inking an agreement for 232,000 sf at 2920 Matheson Blvd. Unisen provides administrative services to Canada’s investment fund industry.
