The Azabujyuban development is the first project of Oakwood Japan K.K., a joint venture formed between Oakwood Asia Pacific and Mitsui Fudosan, the largest real estate developer in Japan. Under previous agreements, Oakwood Asia Pacific has three other properties in Tokyo, in the neighborhoods of Akasaka, Aoyama and Shirokane.
Oakwood Worldwide provides apartments and corporate housing throughout the United States, the United Kingdom, and Asia Pacific. Its Oakwood Asia Pacific division now manages locations in Tokyo, Seoul, Manila, Bangkok and Guangzhou, with future sites under development in Beijing.
