Located at 1611 W. Vista Way, the site fronts Highway 78. The property was previously occupied by an RV sales company. The buyers, Kent and Sylvia Curl dba Aloha Motors, plan to transform the parcel into an Aloha Motors used car dealership. Slated for groundbreaking in 2003, the project is being designed by Thomas Lamore of Smith Consulting Architects and will be built by general contractor Taylor Construction. The completed dealership will mark the second site for Aloha Motors, which currently operates a location on Palm Avenue in the South Bay.

Larry Essig of Colliers International acted on behalf of Kent and Sylvia Curl dba Aloha Motors, as well as the sellers, Gordon Collins and Mary Fonseca.
