With groundbreaking just a few months away, the developer has recently retained an architect to design the project's second phase. KMA Architecture & Engineering is currently planning Phase II, which will reflect the architecture of the complex's first phase in its incorporation of offsetting planes, curvilinear forms, a combination of "flush" and "punched" window treatments and a canopy marking the entrance to the two-story atrium. The building's exterior will feature tinted high performance glass with a combination cladding system of PMC and stone veneer on lath plaster buildup over a structural steel frame.
Upon completion, the three-story facility will encompass 75,500 sf. Aside from office space; it will contain a two-story main floor lobby, elevator lobbies on the second and third levels and washroom areas on each floor. Two outdoor decks will be built off the third story, as well as two hydraulic elevators and concrete exit stairs.
