"We started construction in May 2001," Clark's Elizabeth Tuico tells GlobeSt.com. "And the contract price for the building is $14.4 million." The 11-story edifice designed by Einhorn Yaffee Prescott Architecture & Engineering, also sports a street-level exercise facility. "1750 H St. offers tenants a premium location in the heart of the Central Business District that is within walking distance to an abundance of amenities, including two Metro stations and several of our country's most important institutions," CarrAmerica president Robert O. Carr notes in a statement announcing the project. "We feel confident that 1750 H St., with its modern yet refined architecture, will be extremely well received by those in search of a high quality CBD address."
