Pre-construction prices start at less than $200,000 for finished units. The 12 floor plans range in size from 738 sf to 1,523 sf. They can be viewed at the sales center. The eight-story project is scheduled to break ground in August 2003 and be completed by November 2004.

The principals of BAP Development, founded in 1998, are architect Willy A. Bermello and engineer Luis Ajamil of Bermello, Ajamil and Partners, as well as construction administrator Henry Pino, formerly with BEC Construction Corp.
