610 Clematis Opens Sales Center

MIAMI-The $55 million, 259-unit condo project is planned for development on a 2.1-acre site at the northern boundary of CityPlace in West Palm Beach, FL. Floor plans range from 738 sf to 1,523 sf, and pre-construction prices start around $200,000.

MIAMI-Developer BAP Development Inc. has just opened an on-site sales center for condominium residences at 610 Clematis, located at the northern boundary of CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach, FL. The $55 million, 259-unit condo project is planned for development on a 2.1-acre site on the Clematis St. block bounded by Datura and Rosemary streets.

Pre-construction prices start at less than $200,000 for finished units. The 12 floor plans range in size from 738 sf to 1,523 sf. They can be viewed at the sales center. The eight-story project is scheduled to break ground in August 2003 and be completed by November 2004.
