Armand and Joan Kunde of Milpitas, CA made an offer on the 2630 W. Buckeye Rd. property, occupied by Auto Safety House, a bus and truck sales and service facility, two months after seller, Jerome Investments, put it on the market, Rick Danis with Grubb & Ellis Co.'s investment division tells GlobeSt.com.

"They own Doudell Trucking right next door so it was a natural for them," said Danis. "They got a great tenant and a great industry." He said Auto Safety House, which sells and services school buses and light truck and trailer equipment, has a lease on the property through 2009.

Danis, along with Paul Boyle and Steve Mardian, also with Grubb & Ellis' investment division, represented both seller and buyer in the transaction.
