ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL-Outgoing chief executive officer Michael P. Holtz has taken two AmeriHost Inn hotels off the hands of Arlington Hospitality, Inc. for $5.2 million. However, the company has 43 more properties on the market, with asking prices totaling $134 million, or $43,319 each for the properties’ 3,094 rooms.
