The company increases its space by about 1,500 sf with the five-year lease with the Cadena Group Ltd., according to Bob Trevino of Grubb & Ellis' San Antonio office. He represented Desert Glory, which has an option for another five years, in the negotiations. Malcom Dykes of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated for the landlord, Cadena Group Ltd.
The building, at 15315 Capital Port, is part of the Tradesman Business Park. It is situated near the intersection of Interstate 10 and Loop 1604.
Trevino tells GlobeSt.com that Desert Glory had been looking for bigger quarters for about a year before deciding to settle in at Capital Port. The company expects to move in after the beginning of the year when finish out is completed. It exits the Alamo Downs Business Park in the west submarket.
