The expansion at Flagler Site--located at Copans and I-95 in Broward County--is a result of Gold Coast Beverage Distributors' purchase of William Thies, a Miller beer distributorship in Fort Lauderdale, early this year, Pritchard says. The company needed the space to incorporate the distributorship's products.

While the exact cost of the expansion was undisclosed, Pritchard tells GlobeSt.com it will cost tens of millions of dollars. The cost of the land was also unrevealed. Currently, Gold Coast operates out of Miami and Pompano Beach.

M. Leon Banks, Pedro J. Garcia and Stuart Gordon of Codina Realty Services represented the seller as the only brokers involved in the land sale.
