The largest of the three projects is a 200-acre master-planned community in North Miami. A joint venture with the Swerdlow Real Estate Group of Hollywood, FL, this three-phased community will contain 600 to 700 units in the first phase alone, a spokesperson for Boca Developers tells GlobeSt.com. It will offer two-, three- and maybe four-bedroom units with ceilings at least nine feet high. The average unit in the first phase is planned for 1,500 sf.

Units will start selling for $295,000, or $200 per sf. The sales center is set to open in January. In addition to condos, this development may include townhomes and other types of residences, the spokesperson says.

Additionally, the developer is planning is a 600-unit project on the beach in Pompano. Also a joint venture with the Swerdlow Real Estate Group, the development will feature units in two buildings. The sales center for this development is scheduled to open in February 2003. Britto Cohen is the project's architect.
