While exact terms of the deal were not disclosed, a spokesperson for Hunter Realty Organization LLC, which arranged the lease, tells GlobeSt.com that the space went for "the mid-$20s" per sf. Hunter Realty's Marc S. Schoen and Alan I. Sinovsky acted on behalf of Geller & Wind. The building's owner, Kaufman Management, was self-represented.

Noting Geller & Wind's expanding size, Schoen says its new location will offer them much needed flexibility given the building's "a newly updated lobby, accessibility to many modes of transportation and 24/7 admittance."

Geller & Wind designs and organizes 401(k) plans, pension plans, welfare benefit plans and HR strategies. Hunter Realty is a tenant broker and leasing agent based in Manhattan.
