In an unusual move Cleary Gottleib has agreed to fit out the offices in a style which suits both firms. King & Spalding will be paying a rent of £49.50 ($78) per sf following a seven-month rent free period. The lease runs for a term of five years but is subject to a tenant's rolling option to break from the end of the second year which becomes a mutual option from the end of the fourth year.
