Wells is scouting for properties priced from $20 million to $60 milion with assumable existing debt, David Steinwedell, the company's chief investment officer, says in a prepared statement. "As is the case for Wells' REIT purchases, we seek office or industrial properties in primary or secondary markets that are leased by highly creditworthy, high-net worth companies," Steinwedell says.

Mitchell's educational credits include a bachelor of business administration degree from Hofstra University and a master of science degree in real estate from Georgia State University.
