The project consists of a 33,000-sf medical office building for Rainier Orthopedic Institute. The new two-story MOB, designed by Taylor Gregory Architects and scheduled to break ground early 2003, will house four suites, including a 10,534-sf Ambulatory Surgery, 3,525-sf Physical Therapy, 12,939-sf Clinic, and 2,206-sf MRI/Imaging Center.

"Our list of projects, combined with our strong team of experienced professionals and extensive technical construction capabilities, put us in a solid position for 2003 as we continue to grow in our primary markets, such as healthcare, entertainment, education and biotech, and further expand our presence in the Pacific Northwest," says David Aaroe, regional manager of DPR-Seattle, who recently joined the office along with Kevin Brettmann and Jeff Van Sickle.

A local builder with national operations, DPR Construction, Inc. has been in business in the Pacific Northwest since 1994. Other DPR projects have included office buildings for Hughes Northwest, a new West Wing Addition for Good Samaritan Community Healthcare, a corporate headquarters for Onyx Software and a process development facility for Immunex Corporation (now Amgen).
