Luxury Condo Project Hires Sales Manager

MIAMI-Gloria Alexander's previous experience with luxury residential sales includes work for Toll Bros. in South Florida. The 259 units planned for the 610 Clematis development are pre-construction priced from $180,000.

MIAMI-Gloria Alexander has joined 610 Clematis LLC as sales manager of the luxury condominium project, which is planned for downtown West Palm Beach, FL. Alexander specializes in the luxury home market and has more than 14 years’ experience in residential real estate sales in Florida.

Previously, she worked for the luxury homebuilder Toll Bros. in Boca Raton and Coral Springs, FL. As sales manager there, she sold $20.1 million in residential properties that ranged from $500,000 to $1 million-plus.
