New Spec Office Facility Rising in Oceanside

OCEANSIDE, CA-Dirst is moving for a 23,000-sf Oceanside facility to be known as CornerStone Office Park. It is being touted as the first speculative office building for lease here in more than 10 years.

Rising in Oceanside’s Rancho del Oro business park, the facility will stand at the southwest corner of College Boulevard and Avenida de Plata upon completion. Developed by De La Plata LLC and designed by locally base d architectural firm LR Design Associates, the building will be constructed of exterior tile veneer over structural masonry and steel frame. The interior space will be divisible to approximately 2,000 sf with suites to range in size from 2,000 sf to 10,000 sf on a single floor or up to 19,000 sf for the remaining space in the project. LR Design Associates has already pre-leased 4,000 sf here for 10 years.
