Eire CC LLC has not yet decided what will be built on the land. ," Cushman & Wakefield senior director of industrial brokerage Richard F. Etner Jr., one of the brokers involved in the transaction, says the parcel sold for lower than originally expected.

"The site was previously under contract at a higher price," Etner explains. "But the prospective buyer was unable to close, and Eire offered to close quickly at a reduced price."

In addition to Etner, Cushman & Wakefield brokers Christopher J. Metzger, Sky Groden and Christopher Thomson represented Sensormatic Electronics Corp. Earlier this year, the same team of brokers represented Tyco, the parent company of Sensormatic, in the $9.5 million sale of the company's office building in the Arvida Park of Commerce to Songy Partners Limited of Atlanta.
