"Grubb & Ellis offered me an opportunity for professional growth that I couldn't pass up, and that is to leverage my experience with their national platform and integrated service lines to expand their industrial presence in Atlanta," Watson says in a prepared statement.

Terms of Watson's contract were not disclosed. Wayne Etheridge, Grubb & Ellis executive vice president and regional managing director, says Watson "will be the guiding force behind the expansion of our industrial services group."

In his career to date, Watson has won three annual Top-Ten Producer Awards from the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
