Hospital Location Sews Up Three-Year Lease

PHOENIX-A medical training and certification business takes 2,753 sf in the Good Sam Professional Building across the street from the Good Samaritan Hospital. The deal brings $17 per sf or $561,512 per year for the building owner.

PHOENIX-A medical training and certification firm has found “the perfect location” with the three-year lease of 2,753 sf at the Good Sam Professional Building across the street from Good Samaritan Hospital.

“It was the perfect fit,” Laura Becker, a specialist in office properties with DAUM Commercial Realty Services tells GlobeSt.com, referring to the deal she brokered for LBW LLC. Becker said the medical training firm found the four-story, 63,940-sf building at 1010 E. McDowell Rd. to be tailor-made for its new classrooms and offices, which are expected to open in January. “They liked the medical setting,” she said, noting that the building sits within walking distance of Good Samaritan Hospital on 10th Street and McDowell.
