The Champions of the West Tower is located at 12264 El Camino Real. The radiology firm will be located in suite 201. The move-in is scheduled for sometime in January.
Burnham's Michael Dyer represented the lessor, Champions of the West Tower LLC. Paul Braun of Colliers International represented Del Mar Medical Imaging Inc.
Three tenants inked leases in the building earlier this month: The physician management firm Leavitt Management Group Inc. signed a 10-year, $1.2-million agreement for 3,075 sf; a dental practice signed a 10-year, $869,063 lease for 2,107 sf; and ULR Insurance Services signed a four-year, $519,224 lease for 3,970 sf.
