Within days of signing, the North Civic Central Ballet Co. moved into 12,800 sf of office/warehouse space at 6400 A Wuliger Way, right off Rufe Snow Road and Interstate 820 in North Richland Hills. Jeff Givens of NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell in Fort Worth represented the property owner, a locally based family trust, in the five-year direct deal.
Just prior to that, GE Lighting took 24,000 sf for 6428 Wuliger Way in the business park. The firm is eyeing a February move-in with a five-year deal negotiated by David B. Barber of NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell and Russell Webb of Stream Realty Partners.
The business park was developed about two decades ago. Givens says the park historically has had good occupancy. The NAI Stoneleigh team got the assignment just a few months ago, he says. "And now, it's full again," Givens tells GlobeSt.com.
