The quartet's largest lease was inked by SoloMio Corp., an offshoot of Vignette Corp. It is remaining in 7,645 sf at 1011 San Jacinto in the CBD. Ron Meyeres of Capital Leasing and Management acted for the building owner, Cedar Corp. The building has 32,238 sf. SoloMio, as were the other tenants in the quartet, was represented by Russell Young of Commercial Texas in Austin.
Also in the CBD, Salion re-upped 5,600 sf at the Perry-Brooks Building at 720 Brazos St. Tim Jarvis and Casey Beasley of Jarvis-Beasley Commercial acted for the building. The 40-year-old building has 109,162 sf.
In the central submarket, Ergosoft Laboratories renewed on 856 sf at 8100 Shoal Creek. Barney Bigham of Dube's Commercial represented building owner, Galaxie Corp. The two-story building has 10,500 sf.
GPT renewed a 1,200-sf lease at Executive Plaza, a 62,648-sf building at 14206 Burnet Rd. in the northwest submarket. Brad Messer of Pyramid Properties represented the building owner, Sage-Executive Ltd.
