In his new role, Greeff is responsible for all financial issues relating to The Waverly at South Beach, a two-tower, 35- and 29-story, 399-unit waterfront condominium community at 1330 West Ave. overlooking Biscayne Bay.

Before that, Greeff held several senior financial officer, sales and marketing positions. During his years on Wall Street, he was involved in equity research and was national sales manager for Mitchell Hutchins, a money management division of PaineWebber. Greeff also was CFO of the Michigan Partnership for New Education, a nonprofit organization in East Lansing, MI.

The Waverly is a conversion from apartments, now being sold as condos. Prices range from $250,000 to $500,000, and units are ready for immediate occupancy.

Related Cervera Realty Services has been hired to handle sales and marketing of the condos. Related Cervera is headed by Alicia Cervera Jr., who has more than 20 years' experience in the South Florida high-end condo market. Related Cervera's Andres Asion also will sell The Waverly.
