Greeff Named CFO of Athena Karlton

MIAMI BEACH-David Greeff has been named CFO of Athena Karlton SOBE LLC, a partnership between locally-based Karlton Properties LLC and affiliates of New York City-based The Athena Group LLC that owns The Waverly at South Beach.

In his new role, Greeff is responsible for all financial issues relating to The Waverly at South Beach, a two-tower, 35- and 29-story, 399-unit waterfront condominium community at 1330 West Ave. overlooking Biscayne Bay.

Before that, Greeff held several senior financial officer, sales and marketing positions. During his years on Wall Street, he was involved in equity research and was national sales manager for Mitchell Hutchins, a money management division of PaineWebber. Greeff also was CFO of the Michigan Partnership for New Education, a nonprofit organization in East Lansing, MI.
