Chris Migliori of Daum says the screen printing company is expanding the amount of space it occupies within Placentia by 50% and at the same time is consolidating operations from other locations into the new facility.

Daum, who represented Custom Line, says the company will employ 300 workers at the new site, where the screen printing firm is scheduled to move in March. The facility, which is at 567 Melrose St., will serve as its new headquarters.

Custome Line's new headquarters is a nearly new, free-standing, concrete tilt-up building wiht dock-high and ground-level loading, 24-foot minimum interior clearance, 4,500 sf of office space, and ample on-site parking.

Brad Bierbaum and Ian Britton of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, CTG Properties.
